Configure Trick as follows :

1] Recharge with Idea BBM pack Rs. 15.
2] Maintain ur main bal to rs 1 and activate small 8 rs 3g net pack.
3] GO TO pdproxy.com 
4] Download pd proxy if u dont have .
5] REGISTER UR ACCOUNT FOR PD PROXY.
6] OPEN PD PROXY SOFTWARE when it promotes install drivers then install them
7] OPEN Setting set all values to zero , and connect.
8] Apn : blackberry.net
9] Or Try Ports : 9201 ,9200 , 53 , 25000
10] Enjoy..!
